What do I do if my reward was damaged?

Note: Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. You may refuse delivery of a damaged package. All damages, shortages, or errors must be reported to our Rewards Store Specialists within 7 business days of receipt of the package.

If your reward was damaged:

  1. Contact our Rewards Store Specialists.
  2. Select your Reason for inquiry and enter the following: 
    • Your email address
    • Subject: Dynasty Rewards store
    • Description: In your message, include your order number, item number, and a brief description of the damage.
  3. Our Rewards Store Specialists will reach out to the carrier to confirm the damaged shipment and a replacement unit will be shipped at no expense to you.

What do I do if I receive the wrong reward?

Golden Nugget Online Gaming will replace defective or incorrect products within 7 business days of receipt by contacting our Rewards Store Specialists. If it is after 7 business days, you can contact the manufacturer for a defective product and utilize the manufacturer's warranty that accompanied the product.

Note: Please request proof of purchase from the Rewards Store Specialists before contacting the manufacturer.
