What happens if I'm disconnected while playing Live Dealer Blackjack?

Important Information

If a player is disconnected when playing Live Dealer Blackjack, there are typically three outcomes that can occur

You're disconnected before the betting window expires and before any hands are dealt.

If you're disconnected from a game round while betting time remains, any bets placed will be rejected and the bets will be returned to you. Please note that you haven't been charged for this wager.

Important Note: You may receive a “Bet Rejected” notification as your wager wasn't taken.

If you're disconnected after your bet is placed and all hands have been dealt, but your decision is required, and your hand total is under 11

In most Live Dealer games*, if you're disconnected from a game round, and the betting time has closed, any placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. If the total card value of your hand is 11 or less, (1) Auto Hit will be applied. If your hand is still under 11 after the first decision, and a second decision is required, another (1) Auto Hit will be applied.

*Important Note: Please read each table game's rules before playing to determine if you will hit or stand after disconnecting.

You will see the results of the game round and round history within your transactions.
