Frequently asked questions

How does a Casino Playback offer work?

The Earning Period begins once a player opts into a Casino Playback offer. During the Earning Period, as the player plays qualifying Casino Games listed in the terms and conditions of the offer, this would be counted as their settled gameplay handle.

Once the Promotional Period ends, the player would receive a percentage of the handle (gameplay) back as Casino Credits or GN Dollars. The terms and conditions of the promotional offer will state which award (i.e., Casino Credits or GN Dollars) will be credited to a player’s account and identify the applicable Promotional Period.

As an example only:  A player opts into a Casino Playback offer of “Earn 5% of your settled wagers back on Live Dealer games up to  $5,000 in Casino Credits.” During the Earning Period, the player then has a settled gameplay handle of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) on Live Dealer games. At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, the player would receive five hundred dollars ($500) in Casino Credits, which is 5% of their settled Live Dealer handle.

When will I be credited for a Casino Playback offer?

Crediting for a Casino Playback offer will occur at the end of the Promotional Period. The credit should appear within twenty-four (24) hours after the end of the Promotional Period to appear on a player’s Golden Nugget Casino account.

If there are technical issues with the promotion or crediting a player’s account, timeframes for players to receive any promotional credits may take an additional three (3) to five (5) business days.

How will I be credited for a Casino Playback offer?

Players can be credited in Casino Credits or GN Dollars at the end of the Promotional Period as specified in the promotional offer terms.

How long will the Casino Credits or GN Dollars be available on my Golden Nugget account?

Casino Credits received pursuant to the Casino Playback offer will be available for seven (7) calendar days (one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours) from the date and time they are credited to your DraftKings Casino account and will expire after this period.

Any winnings accumulated during the Earning Period will remain on your account, but any Casino Credits will expire after seven (7) calendar days (one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours) from the date and time they are credited to your Golden Nugget account.

Please note that GN Dollars do not expire and will be used automatically prior to any cash in your balance.
