Troubleshooting Casino Issues (US)

Important Information

Most Casino issues can be solved by doing some basic troubleshooting. Please follow these troubleshooting steps prior to contacting Customer Support:

Golden Nugget Online Casino App Troubleshooting

  1. Log out of your Golden Nugget Online Gaming account and force quit the app, then re-open the app, and sign back in.
  2. Ensure that you have updated to the latest version of the Golden Nugget Online Gaming app through the app store.
  3. Clear the cache on your device.
  4. Please verify that you have enabled WiFi and location services on your mobile device.

  5. Disable any proxies such as a VPN or Hot Spot.
  6. (In cases of "Game Already in Progress") please enter back into the game you were playing prior to being disconnected and finish the round.

Desktop/Laptop Troubleshooting

  1. Log out of your Golden Nugget Online Gaming account and close the browser, then re-open the browser, and sign back in.
  2. Clear the cache on your browser.
  3. Location will not work if you only use a wired connection so please ensure that you have WiFi and location services enabled.

  4. Try using Google Chrome for the best connection experience.
  5. Disable any proxies such as a VPN or Hot Spot.
  6. (In cases of "Game Already in Progress") please enter back into the game you were playing prior to being disconnected and finish the round.
