How do I reset my password? (US)

1. Open your Golden Nugget Online Gaming app or navigate to the Golden Nugget Online Gaming website. 
2. Tap / click Forgot password? 
3. Enter the Email you used when you created your account, confirm I’m not a robot, and tap / click Reset Password. 
   • Note: If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account or you no longer have access to your previous email address, please contact the Golden Nugget Online Gaming Customer Support Team.
4. You’ll receive an email from Golden Nugget Online Gaming, click the link provided in the email and follow the prompts on the page to complete your password reset.
   • Note: You should receive an email with the subject Golden Nugget Online Gaming password assistance from support@goldennuggetcasino.com within 15 minutes of the request. 

• If you can’t see the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder and add @goldennuggetcasino.com to your email allow list to ensure you’re receiving emails from Golden Nugget Online Gaming.
• If you haven’t received the password reset email after 15 minutes, please contact the Golden Nugget Online Gaming Customer Support Team.

1. Open a Golden Nugget Online Gaming app and tap Log In in the top right corner.
2. Next to Password, tap Forgot?
3. On the Reset Your Password page:
   • Enter the email you used when you created your account. If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account, please contact the Golden Nugget Online Gaming Customer Support Team.
   • Tap the box next to I’m not a robot.
4. Tap Reset Password.
5. You’ll receive an email from Golden Nugget Online Gaming with a link to reset your password. Click the link provided in the email and enter your email and updated password.
