How do I change or reset my password? (US)

If you’ve forgotten your password or would like to reset it, you can do so at any time. 

Note: If you’re able to log in to your Golden Nugget Online Gaming account but would like to reset your password, GNOG customers will need to follow the below instructions as well.  

    • You will need to log out of your account to update your password.

Step-by-step instructions to reset your password.

    1. Open the Log In page of your Golden Nugget Online Gaming app or the Golden Nugget Online Gaming website.
    2. Click/Tap “Forgot Password” on the log-in page or Click/Tap the following link and enter the email address associated with your Golden Nugget Online Gaming account to request the password reset email: https://myaccount.goldennuggetcasino.com/resetpassword
    3. Locate the email with the subject “Golden Nugget Online Gaming password assistance” from support@goldennuggetcasino.com. The email should be received within 15 minutes. 
    4. Click the “Reset Password” box to be redirected to the password reset page.

5. Create your new Golden Nugget Online Gaming password.

        • Yellow triangles under the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields indicate that your password is invalid and doesn't meet the required criteria. To resolve this, make sure your password includes:
            1. At least 10 characters

            2. At least 1 letter

            3. At least 1 number

            4. At least 1 special character

        • The yellow triangles will change to green checkmarks when the characters meet the required criteria.

        • Click the eye icon on the right side of the password field to reveal what characters you are typing into the field.

6. Click/Tap “Save and Continue". The Save and Continue field will change from grey to gold once your password meets the requirements.

7. You’ll be directed to a page to verify your identity.

          1. Choose Personal Information (recommended), or SMS text

          2. Click Continue

8. If you choose to verify through SMS text input the code sent to the number associated with your Golden Nugget account. If you chose to verify by entering personal information:

          1. Enter your year of birth using 4 digits
          2. Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN
          3. Click Verify

Important note: If you receive an error message, after clicking “Verify”, stating “Your information does not match what we have on file”, please contact the Golden Nugget Online Gaming Customer Support Team for assistance.

9. Once your information is verified, you'll see a confirmation message indicating your password has been successfully updated. You can then log in to your account using your new password.

Didn’t receive the password reset email?

  • If you can’t see the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder. To ensure you are receiving emails from Golden Nugget Online Gaming, please add @goldennuggetcasino.com to your email allow list.
  • If you haven’t received the password reset email after 15 minutes, please contact the Golden Nugget Online Gaming Customer Support Team.
