Below are the known issues from our new, upgraded site
relating to accounts, passwords, contact methods, log in, Self Exclusion and other profile settings.
||Customers are not alerted when you enter an unacceptable character into a field
||No error message will appear if you try to change your email to the already existing email address.
||No error message displays if your account is locked and you click on Forgotten Password. Please call Customer Service (phone#) or use Live Chat and someone can help you resolve the issue.
||Username field clears if form was submitted with incorrect password.
||On iOS, the datepicker doesn't hide if "Day" is not selected. To get past this, you can tap off the picker and it reverts.
||part of the selected file name is sometimes cut off, but this does not block the document from correctly uploading.

||The "Previous" button takes you back two steps instead of one.
||On mobile devices long player names are sometimes cut off.
||On iOS, the numbers are not always clearly visible, and some fields allow more than one digit to be entered.
