Known Account Issues

Below are the known issues from our new, upgraded site relating to accounts, passwords, contact methods, log in, Self Exclusion and other profile settings.
 
During registration Customers are not alerted when you enter an unacceptable character into a field
Email Change No error message will appear if you try to change your email to the already existing email address.
Forgotten password  No error message displays if your account is locked and you click on Forgotten Password.  Please call Customer Service (phone#) or use Live Chat and someone can help you resolve the issue.
Username field Username field clears if form was submitted with incorrect password.
Account statement On iOS, the datepicker doesn't hide if "Day" is not selected.  To get past this, you can tap off the picker and it reverts.
Document Upload part of the selected file name is sometimes cut off, but this does not block the document from correctly uploading.
Account Statement screen The "Previous" button takes you back two steps instead of one.
Welcome screen On mobile devices long player names are sometimes cut off.
Self Exclusion On iOS, the numbers are not always clearly visible, and some fields allow more than one digit to be entered.
Other Various cosmetic issues
