Before you proceed, please ensure that you are using a device that has WiFi enabled and are detecting a Wi-Fi signal.
If you don't have a USB WiFi adapter you will need to purchase one, which usually costs around $10.
If you don't have a Wi-Fi adapter physically installed on your desktop computer or laptop (most laptops have WiFi adapters built in), you will need to purchase a USB Wi-Fi adapter.
Step 1: Google Chrome
If you don't have it yet, download Google Chrome.
Why Google Chrome?
We have found that the Google Chrome browser is less prone to having settings that could possibly conflict with the communication between the Geo Location plugin and the website. Please see below a couple of steps to follow to install Google Chrome.
Once installed, Chrome will open automatically.
Step 2: Uninstall the Geo Comply plugin if it is already installed
Having multiple instances of the Geo Comply plugin installed on your device may cause an interruption in the communication process and/ or stop the plugin from working correctly.
Go to the Start button:
Choose to view your Control Panel:
Select Programs (it may be labeled Programs and Features, depending on your operating system:
After you click on Programs, please type Player Location Check in the Search section on the top right corner:
You should now have located the Player Location Check from the list of the installed programs:
After you have successfully uninstalled the plugin, please restart your computer.
Step 3: After you have completed the uninstall, please navigate to the Casino page.
After logging into the site click on the REAL PLAY button of the game you wish to play. The site will check your location and ask you to download the geolocation app.
Click on the Download Now button and you will see the application appear on the bottom left of your screen:
Click on this button and a pop-up will appear, asking you to Run the application. Please click "Run" and continue:
This will initiate the plugin and will allow us to verify that you are inside the state of New Jersey. Once the plugin is running, you will be able to select any of our games and play.
